I love this waist trainer but I’m long waisted and it made this one too short under my arms. If you are short waisted it is great!! So I returned this item with no trouble for the long waisted trainer with no shoulder straps. I love it.

it runs small sizes so use one size bigger and on the shoulders the hole is too small it hurts my armpits

Oh my Goodness!!! This thing sucks in my stomach like no tomorrow. I couldn’t even eat my food. I had to take it off because it suppresses my stomach to the point where I didn’t feel hungry anymore. I took a large and I thought it was going to be too big but they reviewed where right get a size or two bigger because I had to fight for my life to put this on just on the first hook. I have 5 or 6 stomachs control and they don’t stand a chance against this. If you had a c section like me this is what you need after you are healed for your stomach.
