If you are not accustomed to waist trainers, this may not be the one for you. It is firm and heavy duty. I really like it a lot. It really smooths out my mommy belly and controls my back fat. The two cons are that the hooks and the cloth around it looks like it will rip.. I am a bit worried. Also, the bra push up is a bit much. I am trying to figure out a way to work it so my boobs isn’t up to my neck lol. Overall I do recommend this product.
