Here at Fiorella Shapewear, we want you to be happy; that’s why we offer 20-day No Hassle Returns, along with FREE USPS Priority shipping in all orders made in our website.
If we do not meet your expectations, please let us know! Let us know what we’re doing right, let us know what we’re doing wrong. We are always looking for ways to improve and represent your voice, so let us have it!
Free USPS Priority shipping for select items applies to shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Standard rates will apply to all other orders. All orders can only be shipped to the billing address of the payment method used in the order.
We will exchange returnable products within 20 days of purchase. To return a qualified item please refer to the invoice received with your order for detailed return instructions or email us so we can send you RMA instructions to:
With your return (in a note/letter) or email please include the following:
- Your order number
- Your FIRST and LAST name
- The reason you are requesting a return, and the size needed in exchange.
We need to receive your item within 20 days of the receipt date. For complete information on our return/exchange policy please go underneath the Help menu in the bottom of the site and click on “Return Policy”.

How long does it take to receive my order?
If we have your items in stock, Fiorella Shapewear items ship in one to two business days (excluding holidays or weekends). Packages will arrive in about 2-4 business days after they are shipped. Please allow 4-6 additional business days for orders going to military addresses as they are considered international orders.
All orders are shipped via USPS Postal Service, so please only include shipping addresses that are registered with the USPS Postal Service. We can ship to home, business, PO Box or APO addresses.
USPS does not guarantee arrival dates of packages. Transit begins the first business day after an order is shipped.
Track your package
Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. It contains a tracking number you can use to track your package at www.usps.com. All orders are provided with a tracking number when the order ships. If you have not received your package, you have 15 days to contact us after the tracking information shows that it has been delivered. We will then further investigate your claim.
