Refunds and Exchanges
Here at Fiorella Shapewear, we want you to feel confident buying from us. That’s why we offer a 20-day, no-hassle return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 20 days to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached and in original packaging for refund or exchange. All returns and exchanges are subject to quality approval prior to refund. To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 20 days of receipt in the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in good condition (no science experiments, please).
- Items must be free of scents and marks. We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.
- For health reasons we ask that you wear panties when trying on garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned used or soiled will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.
Our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange or refund can be processed. We exchange for free, and allow only one return for exchange or refund per order. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Typical processing time for refunds is 7 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned or unclaimed orders will be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit.

Unclaimed packages returned to our warehouse are subject to ten percent restocking fee.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any garment(s) returned used, soiled, or that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for return and will be shipped back to you.

In your email please specify order number, first and last name, the reason for requesting the return and size needed in exchange/refund.
With your return please include a note indicating the desired size for your exchange or the desire of a refund. Though not necessary, we highly recommend sending your return parcel with tracking and/or delivery confirmation for added insurance purposes.
